Good review. I have the Peak ESR60 and would trust it it more to give the right capacitance than any multimeter, I have an Amprobe and a Uni-T 60E as as well as an LCR meter all of them give values that I would not trust compared to the Peak. The peak is far more consistent in its readings when repeatedly testing the same capacitor and as capacitors vary so widely for any stated capacitance the only thing to go is repeatability in testing, saying that all my meters will give a figure somewhere inside the stated value of the capacitors tolerance figure which with electrolytic's is very wide indeed.
