I never buy chinese products. Of course they look good when they come out the box.

I buy German or American stuff.

I am glad you found my video. Not everything made in China is Junk, and not everything made in the US or Germany is the best.

The Brymen is made in Taiwan and is built well enough for Amprobe and Greenlee to use them as their OEM.

I also did a review on a Chinese meter similar to the one that Martin reviewed:

For a "cheap" Chinese meter it works rather well and is built not badly at all. $46 for a TRMS meter with all the other functions and fast update speeds makes it a good buy. It is just really let down by the horribly slow continuity test.

You get what you pay for and for the past 20 years North Americans have been pushing prices down and down. We used to be proud to say we could afford something of quality. Now we are proud to brag on how cheap we got something for. Our fault......

I do sell solar panels and other stuff for a long time and, actually, I will agree only partly with the author. There are some manufacturers in China that produce the products of regular quality. Though, their prices are a little bit higher. All the other Chinese equipment is real trash.
