i stabled into 35pc. of small fan, i'am planning to make an "aircondition" without the cooling... is it ok to just parallel 35 fan into 12V 50W solar panel? or do i need to make "fan driver circuit" any suggestions?

You probably will need some form of shunt regulator to limit the voltage applied to the fans, as the solar panel voltage will likely be up to 19V at noon, which would burn out the fans. The 35 fans would use probably under 2A of current, and the panel can deliver up to 4A at it's peak power point. Can you not just use a 7AH sealed lead acid battery and a solar charge controller as both voltage control and giving you the ability to power the fans when the sun goes down. That would work out better.

thanks SeanB, i'd try first to use it without battery, just to try if it will help lessen the heat, high noon is the peak heat here in Philippines, peak of solar power = peak of heat, hope this fan will lessen the heat... tnx..
