Paul Collins M0BSW:
I've made a start on the Wobulator project, got the worst part over, however this is the first time i've enjoyed making a board, just seemed to go right.
MJLorton:
Paul,
What process did you use to make the board?
Cheers,
Martin.

Hi Martin, I kinda do things my own way which isn't probably the best but works for me.
I got a copy of the track pattern its proper size, and as view from the bottom , made a couple of copies, one I cut out and sellotaped it to a board single sided copper, then drilled out all the component holes, then I used a dalo type pen,and drew the links between the holes, steady hand needed using the other copy as a guide. from there it was the usual method of ferric acid nasty stuff, don't do it in the sink it will rot away the plug hole or taps & if metal sink it will have that too if it get's the chance., there really are easier ways of doing it but this way works for me. Mostly I use the manhattan method you know the small islands, seems to work with most things, if you do use the ferric acid please be careful not good for the skin or eyes, or little ones. plus if you damage the sink bowl etc ,she who must be obeyed will kill you, and we will miss out on good videos .

LOL...ok, thanks for the info and warnings. I have investigated several methods some time ago so I'll revisit to see which one will be the "friendliest" for most folks.
Cheers,
Martin.
