It's really simple but works quite good. No need to spend 40 dollars on adapters like this if your not a professional. I noticed that the spring contacts in female RJ45 sockets have the same spacing as the legs on a SOT23 package. I dismantled a couple of them and glued them onto a piece of PCB, and soldered some wires to them.
If you want to try this out, I suggest you make the hole for the device in the board first, slip in a device, then align the RJ45 contacts and glue them with epoxy. There are probably better ways to do this than I did.
