Nice, all I did was repurpose an old dead ATX power supply, using the existing fan and adding a small linear unregulated power supply to it. Used the existing switch and inlet socket, and only other mod was the rubber feet and painting it satin black. Works quite well when I remember to use it.

 What brought mine about Sean was my youngest daughter,at school they are learning electronics, she saw me soldering, and told me off, she went into a rant about the harm that solder fumes give off, so I built this one, it passed the "Isabel quality test", it's really nice making your own stuff,as I'm sure you know as a fellow Radio Amateur. that was a good idea of yours, with your fume extractor.
