Resistance -Box
« on: April 21, 2014, 03:19:54 PM »
At the design stage my Resistance sub box, it's 5 decade as I only have 5 knobs, I have 12 position rotary switches, so may put 11 resistors on each decade , which going to be X1,X10,X100X1000 X10,000, and yes that is a proper copper plate for the panel. oh I love this hobby.

How are you going to protect the copper from fingerprints and corrosion?

Here's the latest picture of the finished almost resistor box, just waiting for the legends to finish it off,
I finally decided not to leave natural, and as I'm lucky enough to have a powder coat equipment it got the green treatment, so now it matches my lawn mower ;)
