Very nice. 1980's look about it. Pics of the inside will tell which 4 instruments it was made from. I will guess the counter is Intersil and a pretty standard appnote example complete with ECL prescaler. The DVM will be interesting as normally there is an ICL7106/7 solution there, here there is a pretty nice 5 digit backlit LCD with 3 displays to show additional info. I would guess this is a Cyrustek meter or a predecessor of it. Power supply probably uses a 7107 chipset and nice having the separate 5 and 15V rails. function generator is probably XR2206 based, or a discrete solution based on the GW function generator.
