Title: Black marks on portable charger

I have had these black marks (shown by red arrows) appear on my portable solar charger and want to know if they are something to worry about.

Probably cracks starting in the wafer, from being stressed.

Sorry.... I am very naive on the subject.... is this something I should be contacting the seller about?  I have only used the charger twice.
