Sad to see such a poor seal. Ideally they should have more screws to hold the seal down, or have a ridge that provides a stiffer lip. If it was mine i would toss the round seal and use a rectangular one glued to the lower housing, as it will have a larger compliant range for sealing on the top.
Poor quality wire for the solar panels, you are losing about 10% of the possible charge in the wiring to the panels, it is too thin. The wire to the AC socket can be that thick, the panel should have the 1.5mm wire used there, not 0.5mm. Nice enough design, just the problem of always being poor choice of materials and shoddy assembly. If they attend to the issues it will be a very good unit, and will be a much better performer.

Great teardown and review. Really failed miserably on the waterproofing, I can't believe how much water got into the unit, absolutely no part of the inside was dry afterwards!
With so much vacant space inside, to me there looks to be enough space to at least double if not triple the battery capacity.
That Led spotlight is a complete joke; apart from the extra weight in what is supposed to be a portable device, most of the light output is lost by sticking it up against a window which is half the diameter of the lense!
It seems to be a prime example of form over function. But there's no point in being camouflage green and having all those tough looking chunky edges when in reality it would barely survive more than one night in the rain. Quite a flawed product in its current incarnation, I wonder how many buyers will be stung by it.

I purchased system like this
Battery capacity:
Li-polymer battery 12v 16 AH
Now my question
Is it possible to replace or add a battery?
Without damage the system
And generally what my upgrade options if any?
I wanted to add 20w Folding Solar Panel
But the seller stated he was not sure my system has
dc input interface 5521 female
Although there is an external panel connection?
Thanks for helpers

Thanks very much for your answer !
I am not able to find it on "valid list"...
What are the " adjustments" ? Is it for not standard sails ?
