Title: How to add a digital signature on digital picture?

I have seen a lot of people add their name or signature on the pictures they take and then they add their digital signature. is there any software which does it or do we have to use something like photoshop everytime we take a picture?

it's called watermark. Googling that will help you find free applications and online tools. :)
