Title: Video switch
Post by: SeanB on September 26, 2013, 04:04:59 PM
Here is an old video switcher. Can either do a sequential switch between the 4 inputs, or do a composite of all 4 inputs on a single screen.

The brains of the operation, Genuine Intel 8031.

Operation was to give about 1 update every 2 seconds, or to show a full screen of a single channel at about 1Hz. Picture would be monochrome, even with a colour input it gave no colour info out, just a greyscale and limited scale at that.
