Finally last night I brought  a fluke 1654b limited kit
Are any of you guys using one?

So on friday I got sum time to play with my new toy lol
I played it up with sum cheaper major tech meters
The thing that got me was the prospective short circuit test that was not the same reading on the instruments. After zeroing the fluke it looked better

I was to laze to try the phase rotation and the earth ground test
