Is there any Arduino simulator for free??
I am a beginner in arduino and I think it will be better to simulate it first

I don't know of any free AVR simulators, but I know of cheap one from a company called OshonSoft;  they do a few different simulators, well worth checking out.

If you're good with VB, I think you can write your own modules for it too!
