Title: Fluke responds positively to trademark problems regarding SparkFun's multimeter

This is an ongoing customs issue where shipments of SparkFun's entry-level meter for DIY enthusiasts are being held in violation of a trademark owned by Fluke Corporation (i.e. Yellow case and dark gray front panel).

Wes Pringle, President of Fluke, replied to SparkFun with a gracious response and interesting offer. Here's the full story from SparkFun:

Very interesting....good to see Fluke responding in such a positive way.

Fluke is a class A instrument company, why would they do it any other way! :)
