Title: Electronic Horror gallery!

Post here pictures or simply tell us about the worst things you ever seen in electronic,  :(including bad and/or dangerous electronic products, outdoor/indoor installations (i.e. street lamps, high voltage pylons, transformer rooms, etc.)  that doesn't meet safety standards, and anything related with electronic that isn't glaringly done correctly.
