A nice Fluke DC voltage standard. Now you are in the realm of which is drifting, the meter you are using, or the voltage standard. My bets are on the meter.

Best if this unit is just placed in a rack after a good clean, and left on always. We should get a little bottle of Caig Deoxit and some Caig switch lube to get the switches back to as new condition. Then the noise will disappear, along with the tripping with movement.
