Title: Choosing number of panels for Inverter

Hi I am looking at selecting panels for my inverter but I am not 100% sure. The panels are 250Watt panels and looking at the inverter specs should I select two or three? My guess is three to get between the 60 to 115VDC MPPT operating voltage. Would that be correct?
