Title: Power bank / charger

Hello

i got an idea/product i have very hard time to find if exist at all...

I working on a EDC bag for my car and i need some charging capability for that.
but now the tricky part comes.

-as input power it have to be 5v dc / Usb
-i should charge AA/AAA/18650 maybe more but not needed atm.
-i have to have an 5v output for charging a mobilephone and so, that can charge from the battery in the charger then not connectet to a input
even with batteries that are not rechargeable so if im on the run and need power for my phone i can just buy a pair of AA/AAA and charge it that way.

i don't care where to buy china/ebay and so it's fine, but i don't want to give 50-100$ for it.
and it have to be smallest as possible so thinking 2xAA in size 

i found lots of lots of items that could do one of the ting or even 2 but not one that fill all my needs.

if i cant find what im looking for im ready to somehow build it my self buying some starting case like

maybe i could just buy these too and put them together with a switch for output/input and just not using 18650 for it.

and if there is a product that can it all im really wanna hear it =)
