Great to have you on the board! Welcome good man!
I still have it in my job jar to post a query about the smoothing on the Agilent forum...been very busy of late....
I happen to be using the U1272A to do some logging on a solar powered kitchen clock project now.....works very well for that!!!
Cheers,
Martin.

Hi Darkman, my plan was to tease Martin ;D
Its nice finding you here too.

Hi Martin, I can tell when you are busy by just reading the subject of your videos. ;)
For the last Blue box, I can tell that you did run a Marathon about getting familiar with it,
the video presentation was the easy part. :)
About the orange daemon ;D I do not know what happened to me and it is my first choice about using it for every task,
but the prize for the most easy to use and well made data longing software goes to the engineers of DER EE (Taiwan).

Hello Kiriakos
LOL...yes....busy indeed! There's a great deal of work that happens in the background as you will be aware of doing your written reviews....all fun though!
That orange daemon actually does a fine job...it has its faults...as they all do, but I'm finding it very useful at the moment.
I have just ordered another multimeter for review which I think might just be my most favorite (and unusual) to date...hope to have it in the next week.
Cheers,
Martin.

Hello Kibi, my memory does not help me much about your forum name,
but we will have time in the future for better introductions. :)
I am currently in transition about getting my new ADSL line, it would need few weeks time from today (installation- activation).
Just sign my new contract today. :)

Dear Martin, In the next 48 hours I will have in my doorstep one orange daemon of the latest revision,
it is fresh as hot cake, it came directly from the factory.
The major improvement are the higher performance of the LPF (Low pass Filter).
For the industrial electrician this change is important, for the most users its not. :)
Other than that I like to see if at the DC mV range, there is a better control over the refresh speed by the sub menu.
The only true standing accusation about this meter could be that is extremely fast. ;)
I got my first sample at the past summer , and up to date I have zero complains.
Not even the frequently use of the range switch have show any negative signs, and I speak about the mechanical aspect .
Keep up the good work. :)

I apologise, I should have made a better introduction.
I use the same forum name over on EEVBlog, that is where I recognise you from.

This is a slow week in Greece, we have the orthodox easter, and is partially a national holiday.
I am crossing my fingers to get it tomorrow, or else I will have to wait until next Tuesday.
By the way, happy easter to the religious ones. :)
