Title: What is your opinion on multimeter GW Instek GDM-8041?

Hi,
I found this multimeter GW Instek GDM-8041 on sale but, unfortunately no review has been made on the multimeter  or the brand. Could you give your opinion on this multimeter ? Is it worth getting for the an amateur at this price 145$?

My guess would be: The OEM is Mastech.
And it is - even at 145$ - not a bargain.
In this price-range take a look at this:
