Does anyone know where I can purchase one of these and similar items. TIA

The clamps are often used for (car) battery connections.
Sorry, but I can not identify the connector at the other end.
Should it be BNC? Or a 4mm charging Connector?

BTW: Probably from interest... You are located in which country?
