T4D #106 - Fixing the lab - Part 3
« on: July 20, 2014, 02:08:44 AM »
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w9FoXFaOggo

The non time lapse version, with a little explanation along the way. Expanation on how the holes were done, how the floor was repaired and just how much labour was involved in doing that.

We really need a video of the outside of the house, walking along the perimeter to see how the water is getting down to the basement, and ways to mitigate against this that are easy to implement.

ps Martin, why does your dad have such a good crop of hair and you have a nice tonsure?

LOL! Tonsure...I'm unsure ;-)

Besides the hair...my dad is probably still stronger than I am and he turns 78 on Friday!

Sean...a video walk around my house! Next I'll have folks telling me the direction and length I should be cutting my lawn!!! ;D

Valid point though...perhaps some time in the future....
Play, discover, learn and enjoy! (and don't be scared to make mistakes along the way!)

You have a lawn? Seems like half the year there you have a snow covered landscape, and half of the rest it is dead from either lack of water or cold.

That's a good point about hair. I was at the Barbers' yesterday and the barber (who is bald) was commenting about the various amount of hair in his family. For some reason though, barbers always seem to be bald.

Of course. We expect you to measure the grass with millimeter accuracy. And you could use some multimeters to find out how grass length affects the power consumption of the lawnmower  8) ;D.

This is the internet after all  :D.

Don't joke! My lawn mower happens to be electric and powered by lithium batteries ;D
