From YCCC, here's an excellent video by the German Amateur Radio Club (DARC) about RFI from the new LED lamps (aka LED 'Light bulbs').
Check it out around 11:30 mins. Whole thing is excellent.

Makes you think twice about using LED residential lamps. Perhaps food for thought for some ML experiments.

Here is the ballast output for a common electronic ballast. Not terribly clean RF wise, and as it is SELV there will not likely be any RF shielding used on the wiring.
