I need help identifying a part number from a PCB. The device is from a Byron C950CD CCTV Camera marked on the PCB silkscreen as "U1". The part is burned out and as a result has potentially removed some of the part number on the chip. I have identified the part number as 1555-4J7-?08 I'm fairly sure the ? was 6, however the 2nd and 3rd lines may have had more numbers to them. It is such a small chip that I even struggled to read it with a magnifying glass.
The cost of a replacement camera is around €120 so I would prefer to send it into my local TV repair shop where they could swap out the part and see if it works then. Any ideas on how I can positively identify the part so I can order it in? Thanks in advance guys and girls.
