In this 3 part video series I go through my process of using spectrometers to obtain EL response curves for solar panels. In particular I was interested in the spectral response of SunPower solar modules vs normal mono-crystalline modules.

* Ocean Optics / Ocean Insight 2000+ vs ASEQ-Instruments LR1 spectrometer with Thermoelectric cooling module.
* Spectral response curves for solar panels and light sources.
* A practical demonstration of the performance differences between SunPower and normal mono-crystalline solar panels to see if the results reflect what the response curves revealed.

Original crystal clock IC was the CD4045, which is a 21 stage counter, and needed a crystal of a little over 2MHz to run as a clock, though it likely is not a common thing to find these days, though it is still being made by TI.
