Title: Which powerbank should I buy?

I have bought the Aukey 14W Solar Panel recently, but sadly it doesn't charge any of my gadgets, except for my Survival Handy. I bought an Aukey powerbank too, but it does not charge it.

Could you recommend a cheap small powerbank which would work with the solar panel? My goal is to charge my mountain bike gps, which is used up after a day or two.
