Hi I'm 14 and trying to find a good affordable solar system (hopefully around $2000 Canadian) for an off grid project I'm trying to start asap so it'll be ready for when I turn 16.

Learn to use a UNO microprocessor and you will be able to do a lot of things cheap. I have a whole camp run with one, refrigeration, hot water and lighting. And I didn't spend $2,000. So learn a little electronics now. Most people waste most of the possible energy they could generate with RE. Efficiency is through scheduling and prioritizing loads. That can only be done with a micro. I was repairing electronics and making money at 14. You can learn this stuff.
