Title: Solar Geyser and a Heat Pump

I have a Solar Geyser installed using The Natural Thermal Flow process. I have also installed a ITS 4.7 heatpump. My question is, what would be the most efficient way to set my timers on my Heat Pump? I have currently got the Heat Pump timer set to 4am to 9pm.

5-6am to 10pm, i would because, 9pm is a little to short for me sa i take a bath after 10pm.
